Hey everyone!
Just wanted to remind all of you about our May Booster Club meeting. We will be holding it a little early this time due to a busy May schedule. We will be meeting next Monday, May 3rd at 6pm in the GHS library.
We really need all of you that possibly can to attend this meeting. We will be voting on some changes to our constitution regarding financial requests that were verbally approved at the April meeting. According to our constitution, in order to hold a vote to implement these changes, there must be at least 12 people in attendance at the meeting. So please be there if you can.
We will also be electing officers for the 2010-2011 school year. Nominees were taken and accepted in April and a vote will be held at the May meeting. The nominees are myself for president, Becky Kautz for vice-president, Jackie Smith for treasurer, and Lana Greene for secretary. Committee chairpeople will also be put into place.
There are some other items we need to take action on as we bring the 2009-2010 school year to a close so I hope that many of you can be there as we look forward to a new school year that is slowly coming upon us. See you Monday!
